Rootz beet carrot apple lemon ginger juice is heavenly and OH MY GOD this Italian smoked tempeh sandwich on toasted sprouted grain bread is literally the best sandwich I've ever had! Green goddess side salad is delicious. Brownie bite was OK, but the oatmeal cranberry cookie bite is AMAZING! UPDATE: I brought home some of the cookie bites and 10 seconds in the microwave made the brownie bite taste like a warm fudgy brownie. It was delicious! This is my new go to place in St. Louis. Great service and great window seats and birds chirping outside.

On St Paddy's Day I had to get a Rueben Sandwich and Seedz was my first choice. I absolutely love this restaurant. It is definitely in my top choices of vegan restaurants in the St Louis area. First time going on a Sunday and was relieved the sandwich is in the brunch menu. Food was wonderful as expected. Service was quick even though they were packed for Sunday a 1pm. The only thing I wish is this place had parking. I usually am parking on a side street several blocks away.
